Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) utilizes the latest advancements in scientific knowledge, combined with tried and tested training methods to systematically expanding the body’s ranges of motion, while simultaneously teaching the nervous system how to control the newly acquired ranges.
By training such way, one will increase active, useable ranges of motion by simultaneously improving articular mobility, strength/resilience, and neurological control.
This innovative training system improves the ability to control, and move ones own body
FRA is a measurement based assessment system that provides objective measures of an athletes movement capacity for each and every articulation.  Then training inputs (FRC®) are able to be directed at the individual’s specific deficits.
Animal Flow is an innovative fitness class that blends elements of multiple bodyweight training such as martial arts, breakdancing, yoga, capoeira, to increase mobility, stability, power, and endurance.
All animal movements place the body in a “four” pillar position, meaning your hands and feet are touching the floor. By using animal inspired forms, you will experience Animal Flow’s multi-planar technique. Exercise will become more fluid, rather than compartmentalised.
